1. Who we are (data controller)

2. What personal data we collect

  • Inquiry data you submit via our forms or by email/WhatsApp: name, company, country/market, email address, product interest and message content.
  • Communication records: our replies and your messages, so we can follow up on your inquiry.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP address and request data for security and delivery. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we process it (purposes and legal bases, GDPR)

  • To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and provide samples — performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To evaluate and manage distributor applications — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with tax, customs and export-control obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Any marketing email will only be sent with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and every marketing email will contain an unsubscribe link.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a business relationship follows, in which case records are kept as required by accounting and trade laws (typically 10 years for transaction documents under Chinese law).

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed by our company in China and by service providers acting on our instructions (website hosting/CDN: Cloudflare; email delivery providers). Where data is transferred from the EEA/UK to China, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) together with a transfer impact assessment, and equivalent UK mechanisms.

6. Your rights — EEA/UK (GDPR)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact sales@freegorobot.com; we respond within 30 days.

7. Your rights — United States (CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws)

California and other state residents may have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We respond to verified requests within 45 days. Submit requests to sales@freegorobot.com.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, nor do we use it for targeted advertising on third-party platforms. We also do not have actual knowledge of selling personal information of minors. If you believe we have handled your information inconsistently with this statement, contact sales@freegorobot.com.

8. Security and children

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to B2B contact data (access control, TLS). This website is directed at business professionals and is not intended for children under 16.
